A July Wedding: Shanae & Marcus. Millcreek Inn

Shanae and Marcus have such great style, so I knew their wedding would be one for the books. Blush florals and navy blue were the perfect colors to compliment the rustic browns and greens naturally provided by Millcreek Canyon and the Inn. The couple looked ravishing with her stacked ivory lace dress and his dark tailored  suit. The night was so great, and the rain even stayed away for most of it. Such a great couple with awesome families – thanks for having me out!

A May Wedding: Emily & Brian. Magnolia Grove.

Emily and Brian… such a sweet couple. They were such a pleasure to work with. They are so in love and so kind to each other, and I couldn’t be happier for them. Their wedding day was filled with so much love from family and friends. They threw a great celebratory party with great food, crazy dancing, and a lot of jokes and laughs. Thanks for having me – I had a blast!

A June Wedding: Suda & Chris

Suda and Chris celebrated their beautiful backyard wedding with close friends and family in Kaysville, Utah. These two are so great together, and I was so honored to capture some of their most cherished moments. The day started at Park Cafe where they met. Then guys went to Ray’s Barber Shop for straight razor shaves and haircuts while the girls primped and manicured at home. The ceremony was beautiful with fresh food and plenty of drinks to follow. Toasts, greetings, cake cutting (and smashing) ensued leaving just enough time to dance the night away. Love these two.

Kellcie & Colton Engagements. Wheeler Farm.

I loved this hazilicious fall session at Wheeler Farm. Kellcie and Colton were so fun to work with. They are both so photogenic and so sweet with each other – made my job a piece of cake. I’m so excited for their wedding in April and Kellcie’s bridals just before that. I mean look at her, she’s gorgeous.

A June Wedding: Darcy & Kevin. This is the Place Heritage Park.

Darcy and Kevin are some of the warmest and most down to earth people I have ever met. So sincere and kind… a perfect match. Their main concern with their reception was to make it a grand celebration and party dedicated to the people they love who have had the greatest impact on them. They nailed it. It was such a warm environment with lots of laughter, smiles, hugs, and tears. Not to mention the homemade breads, jams, peach cobbler, root beer floats and the fresh berries and fruits that added the perfect pop of color. Yard games, petting ponies, and riding the train were all soon discovered by children and adults alike. And when they were finished with those things, they were sure to find a table of loved ones awaiting their company, after, of course, they dished up a second helping of peach cobbler and ice cream. A special thank you to Keala Jarvis for shooting their wedding day which ended up being the day after their reception. I’m so happy for Darcy and Kevin, and I wish them all the best.
